Paula Johnston
Paula Johnston is the founder and Leadership Strategist of NeuCoach, a boutique leadership consultancy based in the Gold Coast Hinterland, Queensland. She brings more than 25 years of leadership development experience across government, corporate and education sectors in Australia, New Zealand and Europe. Paula is the creator of the Living Systems Leadership approach, the FLAME Facilitation Model™ — a practical facilitation framework informed by neuroscience and aligned with global INIFAC standards — and the Neuroception of Leadership™ framework. Her work won the 2025 AITD Excellence Award for Best Capability Building Program.

NeuCoach’s programs bring Living Systems Leadership to life through nature-based, immersive learning experiences, primarily in the Gold Coast Hinterland. These experiences combine evidence-based leadership development, outdoor learning and, where appropriate, accredited Equine Assisted Learning practices to deepen awareness, strengthen relational capability and create the conditions for lasting change.
