As a learning consultancy we enjoy unlocking brains and potential, we challenge the norm, are curious and insightful.  We have years of experience and local knowledge yet with a global reach working in the UK and Europe as well as Australia.

We are certified coaches and providers of a range of assessments and psychometrics that provide individuals with insight and self development including the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Leadership Styles Inventory (LSI), The Enneagram, PRISM, Strengths based approaches, 360 Feedback and DISC.  These tools provide individuals with deep insights into themselves, their motivations, how they perform and the ways in which they interact with others.

We enjoy offering unique ways for teams to connect.  Learning through outdoor activities and Equine Assisted Experiential Learning.
